Most quests will have quest points as the awards. Those quest points can be
saved and used for the following items. This list is still in the process of
being created, and so is subject to change.
Quest Points are generally not for things that can be accomplished through
normal means. They may not be used for practices, increasing stats, additional
skills, race changes and the like.

Metal is not a flag. It is what the
object is made of and, of course,
can't be removed (or added). Poison

Items such as a Limited Edition Continents Backpack which is awarded by
the staff in appreciation for a contribution to Continents are not included
in this option. These items are reward items, not quest items.
